The admission process is intended to be personal and informative for all prospective families.
Application and Required Documents
There is no application deadline, but it is recommended that the admission process be initiated early on. Applications are accepted on a space available basis throughout the school year. Please note that there is a “joining fee” due to initiate the admission process and cover administrative costs.
Along with the school application and medical form, you will be asked to provide us with the following:
- Three recent passport size photographs
- Copy of the student’s, father’s and mother’s passport
- Sponsor’s letter from the father’s work place
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of vaccination card
- Applicant identification:
- For Non Saudi nationalities; a copy of the resident permit (Iqama)
- For Saudi nationalities; a copy of the ID
Report cards of the past two years from the previous school. The reports must state the current grade, the grade promoted to and it must be signed & stamped by the issuing school
For students transferring from outside KSA the previous school report must be certified by the following:
Ministry of Education in the country the student is coming from
Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country the student is coming from
Saudi Embassy in the country the student is coming from
For students transferring from schools within KSA, following will be required:
Report card from the previous year certified from the Ministry of Education
Statement from the transferring school stating the last exam completed
Financial clearance from the previous school (if transferring from a school inside Jeddah)
Transfer certificate from the previous school certified by the Ministry of Education (if transferring from a school outside Jeddah)
Original Ministry approval if transferring from a school inside Jeddah
Guardian’s statement (your statement as to why you chose our school)
Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria for admission include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the ability of JPIS to accommodate the needs of the candidate.
Please note that, in order to complete the registration, the above mentioned documents should be presented upon initiation of the admission process in support of the application. A final admission decision cannot be made without this information.
Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved.
